We purchased a home built and sold by Ross London of Discover Real Estate a little over a year and half ago. Ross was and has been very pleasant to deal with, however despite constant emails promising to repair and fix items there were constant delays. Now we took Ross at his word that he would correct all the issues, so much so that we let the warranty lapse as Ross would always tell us "next week we will be there". Be careful get in writing..
