Kai's Cleaning

I hired them for a move out clean and a carpet shampoo. After the cleaning I paid them for both services, with the carpet guy coming later that evening. He never showed and gave no warning. I called the owner to reschedule, and again he never showed or gave warning. Every time I contacted the owner for a refund on the carpet portion I was brushed off or ignored - I never got my refund. They did a great job cleaning, but their business practice is very shady.
