My young son has gotten his hair cut here many many times from age 6 til now (12) and they have always done a great job and been very kind to him.

Good haircuts, bad service

Used to go here for a couple of haircuts. Two guys work here and are decent, though sometimes the waits can be brutal. Went in today for a haircut and waited a solid 40 minutes. Some guy came in about 10 minutes after me during this time. When its time for the next customer the barber (whose the only guy working that day) lets this person go before me because "he came earlier but left". Apparently you never know just how long you are going to wait at this place because they allow people to just walk out of line and come back in at their leisure without communicating this to other people. To top it off, the guy had the nerve to get annoyed with me when I protested claiming he "told me" ; even though he said absolutely nothing about it until it happened. I mean do you think I would have stuck around sitting for almost an hour in a mall if I knew some guy I didn't even see would get to go before me? Also if people are allowed to come and go as they please without losing their place in line why would anyone wait for that matter? I love wasting my time as much as the next person but honestly... Maybe the guy should spend less time mumbling under his breath and more time communicating with his customers so we know whats going on. Either that or maybe implement a ticket system so people know what place they are in line. Haaaa I definitely will not be returning and wont be recommending his barber to anyone I know.
