Door to door salesman came to sell Zephyr Air Purifier. I paid $4000 for this unit. Was told a 25 year service contract was in place that included free service and air filter replacement each year. After almost two years I have not received a new filter. I contacted the representative twice and have now been told that the filters cost $90 plus the cost of shipping - which is not what was originally sold to me. I believe I was wrongfully mislead into buying this product.

Never USE them Again

Have a No Questions Asked Policy return. Tried 2 time to return in person both times closed over Christmas holidays. And once by UPS which was Returned back to me. Not easy to deal with. Very sketchy company when they refuse to take back their own product when a person tells them they cant afford because of financial problems. The Zepher blows cold air so have to crank up heat to stay warm in own house. As far as I'm concerned Global and BBB are getting calls about this from me.

Thanks Eco Health Solutions! My wife and I purchased the Zephyr XXL over a year ago and we thought that was a long enough time to try out the product and put up a review. We absolutely love it!!! We both suffered from headaches and as we learned when the representative came out, this can be caused by poor indoor air quality. We searched high and low for different air purifiers and they all seemed to work the same and had expensive filters. Then you found us and we are so thankful! Headaches are gone! We just had our first annual service and you guys are awesome and looking forward to the next 24 years of servicing and free filters!
