Ruined a 500 dollar blanket. They wanted to keep the blanket and give me 160 dollars for it. I ended up with my damaged blanket and 42 dollars back One of the most unprofessional business owners I've ever met. It was a terrible experience. And I regret ever using their services. Save yourself a headache and use a real professional. Not these that claim to think they know what they are doing
