They’re only getting a one because I can’t go lower. This is a piss poor excuse for a management company. An example… If you call to ask a question and they don’t have the answer, they call you back and say hi… This is JLR returning your call… No information… Just wasting your time to call them back again.
They hire the crappiest contractors. Landscaping doesn’t weed. snow removal? They’re done when they feel like it. The job isn’t done- they are. A joke we pay for daily.
As a property owner, my recent experiences with JLR Property Management including their professional and confident management team were on point and satisfying.

if you ever needed anything they never answer and never get back to your voice messages...
there is always stuff not working security Cameras, lights, doors
and cleaning is bad....
just dont count on them...
HORRIBLE COMPANY! Lisa is rude and not a people person. Brought up several issues that were dismissed. Was told to contact anytime and then yelled at when called. Would not recommend to anyone.
