Beyond useless, waste of time and money JLR is unprofessional
They’re only getting a one because I can’t go lower. This is a piss poor excuse for a management company. An example… If you call to ask a question and they don’t have the answer, they call you back and say hi… This is JLR returning your call… No information… Just wasting your time to call them back again. They hire the crappiest contractors. Landscaping doesn’t weed. snow removal? They’re done when they feel like it. The job isn’t done- they are. A joke we pay for daily.
As a property owner, my recent experiences with JLR Property Management including their professional and confident management team were on point and satisfying. Thank You JLR and Lisa! -Am.C
Very poor management and irresponsible... if you ever needed anything they never answer and never get back to your voice messages... there is always stuff not working security Cameras, lights, doors and cleaning is bad.... just dont count on them...
HORRIBLE COMPANY! Lisa is rude and not a people person. Brought up several issues that were dismissed. Was told to contact anytime and then yelled at when called. Would not recommend to anyone.
I was always promptly helped with any problem I encountered. Ladies in the office are very polite, helpful and efficient.
WORST Property Management I have ever dealt with. They have done nothing but make the residents lives miserable. Avoid them at all possible costs.
Horrible customer service. JLR is not well organized at all. They would delay matters, state that they are waiting on the third party to get back to them (like contractors, service-people, and/or other companies) but the fact of the matter is that they are lacking in every aspect. Lisa is as rude as can be and does not see the value in having a working relationship with her clients. I would NOT recommend JLR to even my worst enemy.
They are HORRIBLE !Do not do anything. When you send them more than one e-mail about a problem the answer was."have a life"We had to have new grass and trees because of them.STAY AWAY!
Terrible customer service and the main contact, Lisa, considers the residents issue reports disruptive to her and sees the residents reporting the issues as trouble maker/complainer, very ignorant to the resident's issues. Stay away from the company if you could.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Lisa, the main contact for JLR property management is an absolutely awful person to deal with. She is so passive aggressive and will not listen to residents. Do yourself a huge favour and stay away from JLR. My biggest regret is having her company as our management team.
Horrible manager. Gives out parking tickets to visitors on a regular basis. We had to almost overthrow the board because she created such a rift between residents and the board. Countless complaints, but goes out of her way to give board members extra benefits. Spare yourself the trouble.
