Very polite staff, in both sides of the place. Excellent service for lenses and frames. Dr. Prince is an excellent optometrist who actually cares about his patients. Because it’s excellent, I am a repeat customer they earned.

Staff were friendly and very efficient. Appointment is always on time. Dr Prince does not rush the appointment and does a very thorough exam. He takes time to listen and provides discussion around your questions and concerns . I like the appointment reminders too!

From friendly reception staff to professional optometrists and staff who assist with selection of eye wear, its always been an excellent experience. Interior space design is welcoming and all areas function well. Lots of parking and for me, easily accessible by transit.
