Please dont use this company. I am only one of the many customers that they have cheated. They insisted on replacing a hot water heater tank that most likely only needed a part replaced (which would have cost around $300). They charged me $2,100 on a job that should have cost $1,600 max. The technician was rude and threatening and refused to explain the charges clearly. I have evidence for all of this.

Holes in walls. Did work I did not ask them to do. Charged 6 times more than what was quoted. Massive scam. Didn't even do the auger job they were supposed. Called Epcor to come in the following week. Was charged 3000 for work that was never done. Was quoted 600.
