PL Nails

I cant say Ive ever had better customer service in my life at a nail salon, qnf ivr been to many! I am not exaggerating when I say this is the best nail salon! Lets talk about the 30 minute massage and the attention to detail anf constantly checking on your comfort! The nails look so good. The staff is so kind, they talk and entertain and give an all around quality service! Im definitely going to be a regular!

I visited the salon first time a few months ago since I was the only one open at 9am on Saturday in my area. Terrible experience, nails chipped the next day and the lady rushed through as if she had better things to do. Gave them another chance and webt back for a pedi which wasn’t terrible, the only good part was the massage at the end. Went back again today and the ladies know me by now, and she rushed through the entire mani, the ladies at my work commented that it didn’t even look like I had

I've been a regular customer at PL Nails for years. I only book specifically with a one of the ladies there as she is the best. Some of the others do an average job and rush through and appear to simply get the job done quick so as to return to their iPhones.

It seemed as though they were really rushed. We had a pedicure and manicure (both with shellac) at the same time. However, when they were cleaning up my cuticles and buffing my nails it was really painful because they didn't do a finger-soak to moisten the cuticles. The polish started chipping the day after, as well. A little disappointed but I may go back to give them another chance.

My Granddaughter and I went for a mani/pedi yesterday and we were greeted by 3 friendly ladies and the service was amazing ( we both ended up getting the Spa pedi) the tech I had was Annie I give her a 5 star . I have been looking for a good Spa that doesn't rush to do a job and does their job well, and I've found one thanks to a friend who recommended PL nails :)

Fung was my nail ...

Fung was my nail tech and she was absolutely wonderful. she did a great job on my eyebrows, she fixed a big mess that the last person who did my eyebrows made. and my nails were beautiful, they weren't thick or fake looking and she made my nail beds beautiful! and the prices are amazing for the amount of work and detail they put in. she also gave awesome advice on how to improve my nails, skin and hair. she didn't make me feel out of place by talking to her colleagues instead of me, she kept a good conversation the whole time. They even have a sweet mani pedi promotion for 50! Definitely going back again, best experience ive had at a nail salon in edmonton. :)

very interesting experience...

It was my birthday so i decided i wanted a pedicure from pl nails. i had three other people with me plus a guy that we all talked in to coming to get a pedicure with us. the pedicures were nice, but they seemed very rushed and i dont think it took them more than 10 minutes to finish my feet. to top it off the guy that was with us just bought a brand new pair of lacoste shoes from the states and left them on the rack by the door. when we were going to leave he could not find his shoes on the rack anywhere! we have no clue what happened to them it would be quite easy for someone to just walk right out the door with them. they gave us a $19 discount for our loss which isnt much considering you couldnt even buy a good wal mart pair for that much. i spent over $150 and they gave him a pair of those foam slippers when they had real flip flops for sale there that they could have at least reimbersed us with. over all a terrible experience, and they dont hold themselves even the least bit accountable for theft in their shop.

I never come back again

I had appointment to get my nails done but they let me wait and took other client. After 30 minutes wait and a lady called me to her table, she file, file while she speak her language to other girl (so noisy and I could not stand), after she filed (I was not sure she is pro) and other lady came and do it again, again. A lady (she may owner) keep go around around. I could not believe it. After my nails done, I got pedicure done. I could not believe that they finish my feet in only 15-20 minutes. I tried to tell them that they can't do that for their clients, because I just sit in the pedi-chair and they let me go, but they didn't hear me. I think they want to collect money faster.

Lan and her staff are patient, careful and professional. Her salon is clean, bright & comfortable. Prices are excellent.
