I have dealt with TD Bank since 1972... that's just a bit less than 50 years. Over the years, the service has continually worsened. I left a message on the Hewes Way answering system on March 19th, asking what information I needed to bring to open a trust account. It is now April 3rd, and I have still received no call back.
