First and Last.

Great service and reasonable wait for an appointment until you receive your glasses. They will offer and sell the UV protection on your lenses and not advise it darken with a tint. It darkened in cold weather and dark areas even with no UV lights as well. If you miss a call and attempt a call back, a person who's not the receptionist will answer. They will advise you they don't know what to tell you as they're not the receptionist. Then why answer the phone?!?! They tell you to hang up and check your voice mail if a message was left with an awkward silence afterwards. They will exchange your lenses with no UV light protection when defect is reported, however that additional charge is not refunded. They will explain by undermining you that you're experience is false. Advising that it's simply scientific.
