We had an older tub that came with the house we bought. Spa Country (Catalina Spas) provided amazing service on the tub even though it was not bought from them. Their service is second to none! When it came time to upgrade to a new hot tub recently it was a no brainer. We have been very pleased with the quality and efficiency of our new hot tub but it is their level of customer service that is really noticeable. I recommend them to all my friends and family who are in the market for a hot tub.

Exceptional customer service. Even after the other hot tub places take advantage of people and give bad customer service, Catalina spas go above and beyond. We won't go anywhere else for our hot tub needs. Highly recommend this place!
