We purchase our vehicle in this establishement 3months ago, my husband found out that the driver side rail is not match with our friends Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, they change it. We're happy for that. But the worst just happen yesterday October 29, 2015, our vehicle was hit & run the front bumper and 1 sensor was damage, Grove Collision fix it but the warning sensor is unavailable, and they told to put in the dealer to do the reprogramming, but they told my husband that 2 sensors was not fix by grove collision and they have to order the sensor, so we waited for more than 1 day. When my husband got it today, inside of the driver side is so messy, the newly installed front bumper has a lot of scratches. And the sensor color doesn't match the bumber color and told my husband to bring it back to grove collision to repaint the sensor but the collision shop said it will affect the safety issue. Even they told my husband that they will take charge of the charges but its been THE WORST Service we experience from any Jeep service shop.
