    lady there very nice, raport is all in business so they have the right one in her, slight build, very very friendly - AND the generic toner cart for brother working GREAT so far :):) $65 vs 95 for brother one

    I forgot to take ...

    I forgot to take the name of the young woman who was behind the desk at 5:30 pm on May 7, 2015, but she was extremely helpful. My printer was producing blank pages and I was sure that my cartridges were not empty. She weighed them for me to confirm that then suggested that the printer head needed cleaning and gave me a handout and precise instructions on what to do. I followed them and it worked! Thank you. The place was clean, and I did not have to wait more than about 30 seconds.
