Valley Realty did not rent out my units in 5 months & kept telling me my rent was too high. After I cancelled the contract and advertised myself,I did 10 showings & rented out in one day. All viewers said the rent was very low. They discouraged tenants to view on weekends and after working hours. Contract stated inspections be done every 3 months. They did only 2 times in 1&1/2 years in less than 10 minutes.They even told tenants scratches on wooden floor was normal wear & tear! Manage yourself!

Great Experience!

We had a great experience with them! We sold a house and bought the house we're in right now and it was an extremely pleasant and not stressful event- which says a lot because it's "one of the biggest purchases you'll ever make". We told Audrey what we wanted, and she gave a us a ton of choices, and we found the house of our dreams. I highly recommend them.

Everyone at Century 21 Ace Agencies was so helpful. My wife and I had never dealt with a realtor before, but they made buying our first home very easy. They were always there to answer any questions we had and help us in any way possible. It was just a great experience.

Horrible Real Estate Office-NEVER USE OR CONTACT

My husband and I moved into a property that is managed by the employees of Century 21 and have been horrified at the way we have been treated, They are unprofessional, unaccommodating and completely unaware of what is going on in their properties. We will NEVER recommend or use Century 21 again.
