    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!I bought a TV that had to be shipped. Cancelled my first shipment without advising after I waited at home to sign for the delivery. They had a PO Box so I called with the correct address with over 24 hours notice. They still delivered tried to deliver it to the PO Box, again took the am off to sign. It takes 7 business days to change an address. What a joke! Rep was rude, talked over me constantly and did nothing to help. 2 days to get it has turned into weeks or more

    I was in your Abbots ford store 2/13 approximately 10:15 for an exchange. I had received Dr. Dre headset EP in a sales contest and wanted to return them for a store credit so I could purchase an Apple TV. The c/s rep page her manager (Jaz or Jesse??) twice when he didnt respond she looked for him and he was on the floor eating a Tim Horton,s donut. He told the rep to give me the sale price for the headphones I received on 2/11 which was much less than listed in store. Wont be back

    Very bad. Never answer their phones and it’s a pain to return to them One person doesn’t know what the other is going or has done NEVER again will I show here

    The "manager" was...

    The "manager" was an uninformed cheeky kid who acted like I described. I asked for the contact information for the manager above himself and I have yet to be able to contact that person nor has that person attempted to contact me. Alex Kochar, mngr of Abbtsfd, has sevrl messges 2 return however hasnt yet done so.Although I have tried 2 phone the branch, the ph just continually rings with no one answering the ph, no matter what extension I call.Not professionl.They deserve 2 go out of business!
