Did I lose the decals or did they somehow not give them to me? We all know the uselessness of arguing each side too long. So I take time off work, go back to the agent, file a police report, back to the agent again and ask for a small token of recognition it is possible they are responsible for the missing decals. All they can say is the full 18 dollars has to be paid. Well obviously! So it's off to another agent to buy a decal. I later contact ICBC who concur with the two facts that the full amount needs to be paid and from the perspective of customer service and satisfaction the question is who should pay. No satisfaction with this former customer. Even a simple sorry probably would have worked.
