Horrible business with bad customer service. They deliver broken goods and refuse to replace them. Never awnser there phones and when they do they are zero help anyways.
Ask for RAJ!!! ...5 years+ of 5 star service for me and the clients I purchase for. Thank you Raj.
I was pleasantly surprised with the service we received from Abbotsford representative Ali! He was very approachable, knowledgeable & best off all not pushy at all! He took the time to go over & price out several different options for our kitchen appliance package & at no time did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. I would highly recommend him & hope that management at The Brick acknowledge this wonderful employee they have!
Never answers their phones..Im not willing to drive 20 miles to find out if they have the item I want and is in stock. Ill buy online instead.
Never recommending this company. I have called many times regarding when my couch will be delivered, I have been hung up on and I have left messages, with no response.
DO NOT buy from the Brick and DO NOT buy their warranty as they do not honour it. We bought a leather loveseat and sofa with recliner and bought a 5 year warranty on the mechanism and the leather. This last August, we contacted them (4 years into the warranty) and Brick refused to honour their warranty as they said that we did not contact them right away. Their was a month delay on the loveseat but none on the sofa! We contacted them right away when the sofa started doing what the loveseat did.
The customer service was very good and we found what we needed. There is a huge selection at this location!
It's been a yr & we're still missing pieces. We just finished a year of renos, spent 100s of 1000s. We're overdue & overbudget but this Brick has been the worst part. They sold to us knowing we couldn't take delivery for 6 months. They call us 3x/wk about delivery until we stopped taking their calls. Delivery happens & we're missing pieces that take 3 weeks to get. Then there are more missing pieces. Now a year from purchase, 3 months from deliver. They just called to delay the pieces again!
