The business advisor at the Downtown Kamloops branch is impossible to reach once you setup your account. There is also no way to phone a reception desk directly at this bank, you will be routed to a call center with the promos of a call back, but as the business advisor is never in don’t expect a return call. Also, they don’t present the full amounts of your accounts on the internet banking, so if you want to pay bill make sure you go in to the branch, as already established you cannot phone.
