Capri Alterations

I tried calling to inquire about alteration costs and availability, but when the phone was answered, I could hear background noise and movement, yet no one responded. After hanging up, I attempted to call back, only to find that the phone seemed to be left off the hook, causing the line to remain busy. Repeated this an additional 3-4 times. It's frustrating to encounter this kind of servicewhy have a business phone if you're not going to engage with potential customers?

Poor workmanship and no offer to correct

They replaced a zipper and the seams were not even closed properly. I complained and a fix was not offered, I did get it free, but poor work for free is not a deal.
