We just purchased three couches at the Langley Ashley store. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no high pressure sales tactics. The store is organized and neat. Appears well run.

Excellent professional team at the Langley branch. I made a mistake with measurements for the sectional. Anxious and worried, the Admin person, Isabella was very reassuring on the phone. She told me not to worry and they will make it right. Mehdi assisted us patiently when we were buying, and even more patiently when making an exchange. No hard sell. Got very good deals too! Thumbs up!

Kim was wonderful, treated my senior parents with respect and patience. She gave advice when asked, and sensed when they needed time to discuss the purchase alone.

We purchased our sofa and love seat from Ashley Furniture in Langley and it was a positive experience. Kim assisted us with the whole process. She showed us many options, helped us customize our sofas and was not at all pushy (which you often get with furniture salespeople). We didn't feel rushed to buy and Kim was well informed about the products Ashley carries. Overall, a lovely furniture shopping experience!
