If I could give 0 stars I would! This is the worst property management company ever! They don't reply to emails, they don't return phone calls and they don't submit strata minutes in the time alloted! Don't use them, you'll regret it big time. Good thing we're replacing them with a much more professional management company

Worst property management service ever. Very unprofessional and rude staff including company owners. Bunch of manipulators, always push things to go the way most convenient for them. Strata council has to do everything otherwise nothing ever gets done or they would offer to spend insane amount of money with lots of unnecessary things included.

Hello as far as fraser property managment goes i think they are very professional business people to deal with 5 star to them.As far as the managaement at certain building they manage definately need some serious attention Creekside manor mission bc the building is falling apart and the NO Maintenance gets done at this adress as is there responsibility.they have been known to go into peoples apartments when they are not home.
