After spending 1600 on two repair jobs there was a problem and they booked an apt with me and then never showed up to open for my vehicle. Left a message for call back to fix this and how no one showed up and not a call back. I feel very scammed

Don't know about this location, but I had excellent and honest service at the Coquitlam one. I was rolling the dice taking my car to a service outfit I never used before, but I had two separate problems (both my heating system and AC system) fixed by them with no expensive surprises. Josh was very good to deal with. Only quibble is the courtesy cars leave something to be desired.

Will NEVER patronize this establishment again.

Staff are verbally abusive to customers, make assumptions without allowing you to give an explanation. Definitely NOT customer service oriented, and they will still charge you full price for an incomplete job.
