How can a so called reputable business have such low after service. I was examined and bought new glasses. Because I live in Salmo and I explained I had lost my glasses and could not drive, I requested and paid postage for my glasses to be mailed to me. On monday I was called to say that my glasses were in. I was promised that they would be mailed the next Morning. This is Wednesday with no glasses I called you and was told my glasses were still in your possession ! Disgusting service!
