I am NOT IMPRESSED. A few days ago I received an email that there were "unforeseen difficulties" so my package would be late to arrive. Then I just happened to check my emails that same day and there was another message saying that it was "out for delivery". So I waited and waited - nothing. But somehow they left another note on my door that I was unavailable and I was to pick it up after the weekend. I just came from there after picking it up - another email "out for delivery". Mega frustration
Nobody answers phone. Tried twice. Thankfully was open. Get there and wait in line up. Note says customers, 4 max in store. Nobody looking after this. 6 at one time! Only one lady behind counter. Suuper slow service. Wants me to to leave 1000 dollar phone and use my tracking number only. Ah no.this isn't my first dance. Acceptance receipt please! She was still talking when I left that it was OK to just drop it off..q? when the parcel doesnt make it to its destination? Purolator will take my word
Note left at door. Drove to pickup package at specified location, it was not there. Arranged new delivery with service desk, twice. Twice waited at home for delivery in specified delivery window. Package did not arrive. Clearly service desk does not communicate effectively with dispatch. Terrible service for a delivery company.
