They are scammers. Don't give them a deposit of any kind. Uhaual don't do deposits. It's to line their pockets with your money. Be very careful if you have to deal with this store. They love to make fake contracts that are not in the uhaul system. It goes under general income.

Would not fill propane tank even though someone there to do it. Signs say pay at the pump but you have to go inside and stand in line behind all the truck rental customers. Plan at least 30 minute wait and poor service.

Very polite and attentive. When plug on my vehicle was found to be damage they provided me with tools to repair the connection.
