Shahab Ardestani took over Pizza Factory Tricity in 2011 and continues to demonstrate an impressive work ethic to this day. Comparing himself to the old owners, he makes more of an effort to carefully manage the process from pizza making to delivery, as well as customer service. "I'm here six to seven days a week, and I control everything," he says. "From the time that the food gets ready to when it gets to the customer."
Shahab prides himself on the smaller details of his business, and it shows. He has carefully reworked the menu and kept his establishment welcoming through hard work and dedication, and his customers show their appreciation by continually choosing Pizza Factory Tricity.
