Mr Rent-A-Car

I give Mr. Rent A Car zero stars. Their service was terrible. I wanted to rent a car from them for a trip. They were rude and impatient to my friend and I. The customer service was poor. Based on our experience, I would not recommend them to anyone. Their prices are high. I saw that they treated the other customers better than we were treated.

I had a car rental at this company in last week, I got a VW Jetta, and so surprise that they provide a new car to me which is 2014 series. The sales service is so patient as well. I also found that they have luxury car too (e.g. BMW and Benz). I will go to try a lux. car next time....
