DL's Bins Ltd.

Went to CRD dump and was told I would be charged double for an uncovered load. It was all bagged, tied closed and tightly packed in the back of my truck. Yes, I didn't have a flimsy tarp flapping in the wind on my load. Ridiculous. Went straight to DL's no issues, now I always go to DL's! Be prepared for a busy yard on weekends and tight quarters if you have to turn a trailer,

Excellent rates, otherwise, it's a dump yard, if no one runs into your truck or punches you in the nose, what more can you really ask?

In and out and very good rates. Friendly staff. If you go to Hartland or Ellis instead you're throwing your money away.

Initial opinion was good for this company other than being given another number to call rather than being transferred directly to the person who could help. The driver for the bin was friendly and even gave me a follow up call the next morning to let me know he was running behind. He even placed the bin in a tricky spot for me. After bin was picked up we received numerous call but didn't receive the messages right away do to a 7 day work week. Was surprised Sunday afternoon by the truck driver banging on the front door. I didn't appreciate being greeted by a angry looking man with his arms folded. After being asked when my mom was going to be home he preceded to tell me sternly that there was no funds in the card given and that she had to call the office first thing in the morning and make payment rather then asking if there was a mix up or waiting for a return call. I followed him to his Harley and was given a card and reminded again to have my mom call first thing. I do not think it's very professional to show up at a customers door like that!

Disorganized and Chaotic

Good location to those living in Saanich, but this place is very unorganized, and can be chaotic at times especially on weekends. Staff can be unpleasent
