Went in for the first time ever on 12/14/2017 to get a hair trim. The lady (unsure of her name) was kind and really wanted to make sure she knew what I wanted before starting to cut. She gave me a cut and made sure I liked it before sending me off. However, she was trying to up sell me into a wash, curl, adding toner etc which I was not fond of. I said I wasn't interested and it got uncomfortable which I didn't like.

I’ve had many services here and have been blown away each time. These women go above and beyond. I highly recommend going there for all of your beauty needs.

Took off half my eyebrow

i used to come here all the time with the old owners who were great, but i went to get my eyebrows threaded today, and it is now under new ownership. The new threader took off half my eyebrow on one side and the other is much longer. All i asked for was a touch up and to keep the original shape!!!!! Not okay, definitely not coming back here and now my eyebrows are ruined for my grad!!
