Great service from the first phone call, they didn't have the glass required, they located it and had me booked within the hour. The person working the service desk was extremely accommodating.

Wow. I can't believe the attitude I got from this guy when I called to get a quote for a piece of glass for my car that was smashed when it was broken into last night. I asked for the piece of glass by apparently the wrong name. To avoid confusion, I told him that it was the manual that told me that particular piece of glass was called the 'quarter glass'. He responds with a "well I don't know what manual you were looking at" and other such argumentative responses. I just wanted to make sure we were talking about the same piece of glass! I told him I was shopping around for just the glass (duh, who doesn't shop around for the best price??), as I can install it myself. I asked if I could get a quote for both a new piece and a used piece, since he apparently had both available. After putting me on hold to find a price on the used piece, he came back on the line and more or less antagonized me for shopping around for the best price. "Why are you calling here if you said you already found the best price" basically. Well I'm sorry for giving your business a chance. I sure won't in the future!
