I was very impressed by the experience and knowledge of everyone we worked with at Downs Construction. Our project manager gave us great advice to make our house exactly the way we wanted it.

Downs did the restoration on my house, and their guys did the work very quickly but also made sure to do it right. They always let me know what was going on and who was going to be out at the house. They kept within the time frame we initially set out and I couldn't be happier with the work. Downs Construction definitely gets a 5 star for the great job they did.
I was very pleased with both the work and staff at Downs. The renovation work they did on my house looks fantastic. The guys who came out and worked on it were very nice and (very important) cleaned up the site after they were done. Downs Construction was a pleasure to work with.
We have very particular clientele. Downs Construction was always professional and willing to accommodate us. I think their staff is courteous and they cleaned up after themselves.
