I was given a mouldy wet stained envelope of gauze from off of the floor. “Dr” Kulbaba was supposed to extract my wisdom tooth, she was extremely rude to me, made a hole in the back of my throat, broke my tooth and left it, and then gave me a dirty stained paper envelope of gauze with no explanation. “Dr” Kulbaba even lied to the oral surgeon (who Lifesmiles forces everyone to go see) about me and said that: “she couldnt even get a mirror into my mouth” She left me with a tooth that she broke an

the dental hygienist was lovely and the dentist-she was also lovely and respectful..and it is so nice having a good dentist so close to home ! i will not be waiting another 10 years for another teeth cleaning again :)

I had a great experience with the dentist (Dr.G) and his associates. I had quite a bit of work done (fillings/cleaning /wisdom tooth removal). I definitely recommend this place if you want convenience, and great work.

Dr. Grymonpre

My experience was horrible. Dr. was so mean. I went to this clinic because it is in my area close to my home. I Grymonpre had ex rays done and he saw I had cavities. He told me to come back in one month and they would get the funding from EIA. I called back a dew days later in pain since my tooth hurt. I was told I could come in the next day. Dr. Grymonpre told me they could only extract the tooth. I was shocked! I told him couldn't he just fix the cavity please since I know EIA covers 500$ a year of my dental coverage. He told me I would need a root canal and they do not cover this. I asked him if he could call my mom and explain to her this, he said they had spoken with my mom and she wouldn't pay. There was nothing he could do, Then he said, " Well, you better go earn some money then." At which point I left crying. I called my mom and he had never spoken to her. When II got home I called another dentist and went there today. I was told that I did not need a root canal. That I need a cleaning and my cavities filled which they can start doing on monday.Do not go to this dentist he wants to solve the problem by pulling teeth out. I could not believe how he treated me just since I was on social assistance.
