Would give ZERO stars if possible. Here are 3 tips for whoever is answering phones today on October 18th, 2021. 1.) Say Hello 2.) Let the Customer speak 3.) Don’t hang up on customer after interrupting them several times. Here’s a freebie. When they actually still call back to try and give you business against their better judgement, DO NOT continue to speak like you haven’t experienced a busy Monday before. Grow up and learn to speak politely and far more friendly. Not getting my business.

I would not recommend shopping here. I recently puchased some motorcycle gear and they would not return it although none of the products were used. I wish they would have communicated their return policy at time of purchase. I even communicated I would happy with receiving a store credit but they said no! Not impressed. This was my first and last shopping experience at this store.

I purchased a battery for my truck on Jan.6. I was under the impression that with 24 hour notice it would be charged as has been in the past. To my surprise it was stone dead . Bad customer service.

I like to go to Top-Line because they do have many parts in stock or can get them in stock usually in a day and the parts function as well or better than OEM parts and of course, the price is much cheaper which leaves extra money to buy other products.
