Bait and switch pricing. They quote a minimum $69 Service Call fee on booking but also charge a minimum labour fee just for walking in the door. This is even if they say they can't fix the problem and spend 10 minutes in your house without opening a tool box.

Regarding my previous complaint, it has been resolved by the owner to my complete satisfaction. Cordell personally ensured my dishwasher was repaired in a very professional and timely manner. I would recommend and use his service again.
