Ace Chimney Systems

Our power-venter went on our furnace. We knew it was going to and were lining up tradespeople to do a switchover, unfortunately they took months to get back to us and it became too late. We were without heat and hot-water with young kids in the house. Ace Chimney was at our place within two days of calling them with a brand new chimney perfectly installed and they even arranged for a furnace person to come and hook up the wiring. They were both professional and courteous! Highly recommended!

We decided to remove our fireplace from our living room along with our brick chimney, however our furnace is vented through our chimney and we needed a new steel chimney installed. We had one company come out and say it was not possible. I called Ace back and Natasha ensured me that it was in fact possible and her and Ken were excellent to deal with. Knowledgeable and fast and the new steel chimney looks amazing. Great company to deal with! My contractor also agrees!

I see there are a lot of positive reviews about Ken & Natasha on this site, and I am going to add one more. I needed a steel liner in my chimney recently, and ACE was recommended to me. Natasha came out and provided a thorough estimate. Ken and Joe arrived early one morning and went above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done. More than one job, as it turned out. They are good people, they charge a reasonable price, and their work is first rate. I am a very, very pleased customer.

Natasha took my call late one afternoon and spent a lot of time explaining what my issues may be. At no point did Natasha pressure me into going with them and even suggested less expensive solutions. In the end, I felt comfortable going with Ace Chimney because of Natasha’s honesty and openness. Ace Chimney installed rain caps on our chimney and their workers pointed out to me that the other company who I thought did a proper chimney repoint did not use the proper materials or techniques. Chimney rebuild June 2019 Fairview We were walked through all costs and provided a detailed report. We are very happy with chimney and the workmanship. The site was tidy at the end of the day completely cleaned when job was finished. We had some water damage behind and Kenny took care of this and we just paid for extra materials. I was very pleased with the workmanship and the pride the team of workers had in rebuilding a beautiful chimney on a 2 1/2 story. It was great working with Ken and his staff. He only does what needs to be done. Period. Two other quotes were higher and involved more work. He explained everything he was going to do and said that he should be able to do the work as early as the Monday of the following week. And they showed up for work as promised. No mess, No fuss. They re-pointed the chimney and it looks brand new. Would I recommend Ken - Absolutely.

We recently bought a house that required a roof line rebuild of the chimney. Two previous owners told us they had chronic leaking issues with the chimney when they lived here and could never seem to have it fixed correctly. Ace Chimney Systems was recomended to me by a serviceman inspcting and cleanig my furnace on my request when he discovered that the clay liner had collapsed. He said they are prompt and competively priced. I wasn’t disappointed. Though they had a full workload, this time of year when everybody is preparing for winter, they fit me in at the end of the day, and worked diligently and fast to get the job done. What might have taken others 4 to 5 hours to complete, they managed in just under 2 .

I found Kennith by seaechibg the BBB site. We met at the site to discuss what was required to repair our chimney. He thoroughly inspected the chimney before telling me it required repointing, not replaacing (twoo other companies said the chimney would have to be replaced). Once the estimate was written, and agreed upon Ken and his crew started thework in less than a week. The kept the worksite safe and clean and did a fabulous job completing the work to my satisfaction. I highly recommend ACE!
