Literally one of the best pedicures I’ve ever received! They spent extra time on the massaging, they scrubbed with two different methods twice, very detailed with the toe nail shape and making them look very consistent. They all speak to each other as they work so it may not be the most “professional” etiquette but really great work and the extra long leg massage and steps they take are great.

Terrible customer service. They mixed my appointment up instead of apologizing he asked what I wanted to do about it. I explain I deserve to be fit in since it’s the long weekend and it was there error. He let me know he had no time for this it is 10am and hung up the phone on me. I called back to get his name and the owners name he refuse to give it to me and then hung up the phone on me. I went there and he laugh and he did not apologize and said he has the right to refuse. Very disappointing

Went here because...

Went here because of the strong ratings. Although the people were pleasant that was all I can that's positive. Upon arriving was told they would take me right away, but I waited 35 minutes. Used some sort of product that burned the skin on my feet. Used the electric file to remove my shellac which resulted in thinning my nails. Sliced my cuticles twice. Shellac is spotty, uneven and looks like its going to peel after one day.

It's worth every ...

It's worth every penny. I'm a nail maven. I have sensitive cuticles and nail beds. They are excellent at their craft. Even if you book an appointment, expect to wait at least 15 to 30 minutes. Just remember it is well worth it. *I have been to almost every single nail salon from pickering to whitby in the last 2 years. This is my new nail home.

By fair the greatest nail techs I've ever come across. They pay attention to detail, just the little things ensuring the lenght is the same on all fingers on both hands cutting the cuticals. They take their time never rushing. And the acrylic is always nice and thin really natural looking. Very easy to talk to nail and therapy session all in one :) I would never go else where and Peter and Tom are my favourites just because they have always been my nail techs but Tom seems quite favourable. I would travel distances for these guys & I will recommend everyone. If I wanted to I could go three weeks without a fill and my nails look as good as day one. Never any lifting!
