Walter came on time and was great to talk to. In fact he turned down the job because he said the carpet needed to be replaced instead of fixed. He could do it but it wouldn’t look good. It would be too patchy replacing sections where walls had been. I had cash in hand and he came out to the country and turned down the work. You can’t get more honest than that. Great guy.
