Been to several ESM's, and they seem to all be the same. Food is average at best, service is mediocre, and atmosphere is non-existent. Pasta was simple noodles and sauce, but was overcooked and bland. Definitely done with this chain.

i think east side marios is the best restaurant in barrie. i most of the staff work hard.. or at least tehy look like they are.. and the food is always fresh and delish. i think its the cleanest restaurant in barrie.

Unreal from the moment we walked in. We stood at the door for about 10 minutes and were contenplating leaving. No one was there to greet us, no host, no server, not even the bartender who saw us and made eye contact with us on more then one occasion. You would think that they would come over and seat us somewhere but that totally wasnt the case. Once we got the to table ,the server smelled like smoke when she greeted us. Her name was Kaylin ,and she took a long time to get our drinks and then forgot to ring in the appetizers. Once the food came out it was cold, and partially dried out from sitting under the heat lamps. We spoke to a manager named Melissa and she was wearing some revealing and unprofessional clothing. We couldn't beleive that the restaurant would let her wear something like this. After she took the food off the bill, we ordered some dessert and that sat at the "Pizza/Salad" counter top for 10 minutes cause our server was no where to be found. Overall just an unreal experience of poor service, food, and professionalism. This is the second time in the last 2 months that we have had a bad experience at this restaurant. Hopefully someone from Prime restaurants can get their stuff together and fix the problem and East Side's on Bayfield. Their reputation is taking a big hit, and since there is another going up in the south end of Barrie, I think alot of their cliental will be choosing that one instead.

Chicken was not ready for dinner time so we had
pizza. the waitress was angry that the chicken was not done and actually was cussing. I didn't mind the chicken not being done but she didn't need to use that language in front of my wife and I. I was visiting from Germany and had meals at many places in Canada over my stay but I will not eat here if I return.
Bad servers they seem to have silly girls
working here who are not mature.

not a nice time. the manager could have dome somthing but I am sure the waitres didn't inforem him/her of our unhappyness.
This place is not one to eat at.
