I have been to this restaurant three times. I thought I would give it another chance, and it only recently opened. However, the last time i frequented the restaurant, was as bad as the last. The service was fine, not overly amazing, but fine nonetheless. I like Kelseys, but not the Bolton location. I found the food took over an hour to come to our table as well, and when it did come, it was not even hot. Also, when we ordered wings, we ordered them mild, and instead they gave us super super hot ones. We complained to the waitress, who came back and apologized and said that the kitchen made a mistake. The restaurant just seems unorganized as a whole.

This was my 4th time at Kelsey's. All 4 times...

This was my 4th time at Kelsey's. All 4 times, the service was sooooo slow. We waited a full hour before I received cold food. My 6-year-old daughter was so hungry, we had to buy her some candy while waiting. My wife's food was also cold. This is not a one-time occurrence. The service or kitchen staff are so slow, they should not be running a restaurant.

This was by far the worst dining experience of my...

This was by far the worst dining experience of my eating life. My friends fries were still frozen, I ordered the chicken ceaser salad and I received 3 leaves of lettuce..terrible. The server disappeared, we sat there with empty glasses the entire evening.. I will never return, they didn't even attempt to correct the situation. Good Luck Kelseys.

After several attempts at getting in, the wait...

After several attempts at getting in, the wait certainly wasn`t worth it. After putting in our order, we waited 70mins before being served. The waiter kept coming over and telling us our order will be here momentarily, but to no avail. Once we received our order they had totally screwed up th order. The only compensation was a free refill of our drinks(pop) and that our wait could be another 20-30 mins. Well you can guess, we didn`t stay. On a foot note, the waiter made a comment when we first got in, that it was a slow night. Go figure.
