Terrible restaurant! The food is sub-par and the staff is rude. My meal was undercooked to the point where the vegetables were still frozen in the middle! When I asked the waitstaff if any of my meal had been frozen, they swore it had not. My icy vegetables beg to differ. I wouldn't have minded as much if they hadn't outright lied to me to my face! I have been here twice and each time there has been something wrong with my meal. I've learned my lesson and will never go back!
I go here quite often with my family. Maybe a little too much. Some of the wait staff know us by name so maybe we get preferential treatment.
In a nutshell, we go here since our 5yr old and 4yr old like the food (mainly the bread). Plus the waitresses and staff always go out of their way to entertain them and make the kids smile.
For a family, it's a great experience. For a couple looking for a romantic night out, not so much.
The food is good when you consider that it's a franchise and the chef's aren't given much room to explore.

Don't waste your money. I'm serious. You could cook a better meal at home. The chicken in the tettrazini was not fresh chicken but rather chunks of chicken lunch meat and the noodles were overcooked. The sauce on the spaghetti was not special. They give unlimited salad or soup and 'garlic' bread. The minestrone soup was ok but nothing you can't find in a can. The salad was good tho. The bread was the biggest disappointment. Similar to or maybe even dempsters from any grocery store with next to no garlic taste. The server was pleasant. They sweep the floor around our table while we were eating...not cool. Definitely a waste of good cash.
Had a problem with the service. Called head office and they responded within 24 hours. Got a phone call from the owner and really appreciated the quick response. Will likely visit this location again due to the care shown by the management, hopefully the service staff can reciprocate.
I love the food and the atmosphere. I overly enjoy the all you can eat bread (we both do) but its always warm. We both enjoy going.. the place is one of our favs..sometimes iffy with the servers but overall they are pretty nice (odd bitch) but food is always good and on time. No complaints.. Always excited to go!
