Very unprofessiona,Rude and disrespectful

Do not go there ever..they make typing errors and that leads to wrong diagnosis. They say these mistakes are common in medical field..extremely unprofessional and insensitive.

ultrasound tech was very rude when I wanted to confirm where she would be scanning. Refused to answer question and said she knew what she was doing!! She has no respect for patients. Makes you lack confidence in her work. Will need to rebook an appointment to have test redone at another clinic.

Having been to this clinic several times, I have found the staff to be efficient, courteous and professional at all times. I highly recommend this clinic.

My son needs an X-ray, we waited 2 hours for a 5 minute procedure. No way I recommend that anyone visit here. If I did not ask what was taking so long, we would still be here sitting. Step your game up, if you need to hire more technician do so

Terrible customer service and rude employees. For being in the medical profession, they have zero compassion or care for patients. If you are an expecting mother, do yourself a favor and go to another ultrasound clinic!

The ultrasound section is Worst and rude customer service...all the staff work there don't know to smile and even don't know the basic manner to talk...even the sonogrpr is rude lady....

They are quick and professional. The best xray/ultrasound place I have visited. Anytime I need urgent service they are available because they have enough staff to accommodate emergency requests and the office is big enough too.

Please avoid going to this place for anything ultrasound related....especially if you are an expecting mother. The staff is grossly incompetent and they take no responsibility or accountability for their mistakes. Do yourself a favour and find another Diagnostic Facility
