It was good experience with Anu di. Me and my sister firt time hair cut in that saloon . She is so sweet and good suggestions regaring hair cut ???

Mandeep did my eyebrows and she did a great job. She also has great communication skills.

Velvet hair saloon has worst customer service. Overcharged for waving hair due to Naz because I. Complained about her last time due to wrong hair colour mix. She was mad at me and whispered something to Kiran. I didn’t want to create drama there but I want owner to aware of it. Pls don’t go there. After Maggi left service is horrible. Naz doesn’t have knowledge of colour mix she doesn’t listen she does whatever she like. I request to everyone pls. Don’t go there.

Love this Salon as it has Exceptional service!!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The manager and receptionist always greet the customers and are respectable. Tonisha
