    They were so courteous and professional that we had to use Aquafix a second time (but for a different wall). Using a contractor a second time is as high and honest as an endorsement as you are ever going to get.

    POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Even though they told us they would return our call about getting a quote, we are still waiting after 3 months! They now don't return calls. Be HONEST and let the customer know - that's all we ever ask!

    I truly apologize for this. Because of all the rain we have had this year, we are so terribly busy. We have been trying very hard to get back to people, but we are also putting the emergency ones ahead, there was a lot of flooding in our area, and people lost a lot. Again I am really sorry you did not get a call back, and we are trying to get to everyone. We do really appreciate those that have been so patient and understanding.
