Absolutely horrible Jack Astor's location. Terrible service served with an attitude - after the waitress wasn't there for my entire meal, actually had to flag her down in the kitchen to get my bill. Food was cold, dirty plates, and overcooked chicken - terrible - stay away. I actually work for my money, and won't spend it at this location in the future - if you value your time and money, you won't either.

Very small quantities as I was hungry when done. Hardly any sauce in pasta dish. Not even a piece of bread or garlic toast included. Fries were cold and burger just ok. Waitress below average. Definitely will never return!!!!

I have not been to a Jack Astors in some years but was happy with my choice 1 week ago. Both my Husband and I had a salad to start and fish for entree. We both left there very full and satisfied. Now our server was obviously hungover and not doing the greatest job, but there was always a manager, hostess or another server to get what we needed. I was satisfied and would most definitly return.

Poor quantities, poor service

Extremely rushed service. We hadn't finished our appetizer and the the entre came. We hadn't finished our entree and they asked if we wanted dessert. The spinach dip was very skimpy and cold for $10.95 and the fish and chips were extremely poor portions. Two very small pieces of fish and a handful of cold fries. Overall very poor value and below average service. It used to be pretty good a number of years ago. . There are better restaurants in that price range in Burlington.

I never used to like Jack Astor's much but I've...

I never used to like Jack Astor's much but I've recently tried it again. The chicken-fried-chicken was excellent. The only problem was that we ordered the pan bread when we sat down and it was forgotten. they made up for it by not charging us for it though.
