Mark Crichton, owner and stylist at Revolution Salon and Spa has a clear bottom line. “Everyone who leaves the salon is wearing the Revolution name on their head,” he says. “We never rush people and I’ll always take the last look at a client before they leave.”
Mark’s passion for the hair business is echoed in each of the 10 other staff members at the salon. He doesn’t hire stylists solely for their abilities; they need to be passionate. “It’s not just a job,” Mark says. “Stylists have to live it and breathe it.”
