CUSTOMERS BEWARE

Went to the Oakville location and my black Burberry coat came back all faded like it was pressed in high heat. The metal snaps left imprints through the fabric and the seams by the zipper and on the sleeves also left imprints. They don’t seem to care about losing customers as they did not offer to have it repaired like maybe picking up the cost of having it dyed back to black. WARNING TO ALL: If you don’t want to risk having your clothes damaged, DO NOT HAVE IT DRY CLEANED HERE!!!
