After being a pretty regular customer for almost a year, here is why there will be no more Bruno's for me... 1 - About 40% of the time our order was incorrect ie. - wrong pizza toppings, missing dipping sauce or wrong wing sauce 2 - When dealing with the manager re: the above, the response was usually that we should just accept the order as-is and they'll make sure to get it right 'next time'. WTF??? 3 - The employee hiring process, I suspect, is largely based on nepotism because the store managers don't seem to be too concerned with customer service, and come off to be a bit arrogant too. 4 - When you order chicken as a topping, it stains the cheese yellow. Do they dye their chicken???
