Great Wings - Poor Service

It's a love/hate relationship with this location. Love their wings, hate the service. I agree with KarenA 100%, I've been ordering from here for over 10 years and I have never had good service. When you call to order, it's like you're interrupting their time. If you don't like your job, either keep it to yourself or it's time to get another job. Because of this, I've stopped ordering from Upper Ottawa and order it from Upper Paradise and Stoney Creek (Stoney Creek location has good service and the food even tastes better).

Very Good!

Some of the girls at work convinced me to try the Chicken sandwich from Red Rockets. It was delicious! It was ready quickly, and pickup and multiple methods of payment went smoothly. There was no mix up on the multiple orders! I really enjoyed the service and the food itself! I would order again from Red Rockets and I would now be the one to convince someone to give it a try!

REALLY good wings. We've ordered from here many times and the product is consistently excellent. The place itself is nothing to look at - but hey, you're just picking up. We've also had the ribs - they're also excellent & their home made fries you will actually eat. The veg that comes with the wings is a little weird - GIANT carrot pieces - (we tend to ignore the veg). This place gets very busy on weekends - you may have to call a couple times to get through. the staff that takes your order can sometimes be a little dense. Being able to just renew your previous order saves a lot of time.
